Apple Store Lenox Square Atlanta, GA

Working at Apple has helped me understand and experience first-hand the impact rhetoric has. It's the determining factor that separates a satisfied customer ("How do I do this?" "I'm not sure. Let's find out.") from a livid one ("How do I do this?" "I don't know."). Whether it's providing customer service or operating point of sale, the right kind of positioning and empathy can make all the difference in the world.
